Kia EV6 or Hyundai Ioniq 5?

How does the updated Kia EV6 compare to updated Hyundai Ioniq 5? Sister cars, both now have the same battery: which is better to live with on everyday commuting?

Hi Barry,

As you're asking, I'm sure you're aware that the Hyundai can be had for a much lower starting price than the Kia.

That aside, it's more about personal preference than anything else as both cars are lovely to live with. It comes down to the equipment you get for your money, really, and which one you prefer the look and interior of.

Do watch out for the versions with larger wheels, as they compromise comfort and range, but really, the best advice we can give you is to go and test drive examples of each - as close as possible to the specification you'd consider.
