Is the new Toyota RAV4 a plug-in-hybrid only?
Might you know if the new model 2026 Toyota RAV4 will be available as a hybrid? Or will it only be available in Ireland as a plug-in hybrid?

Hi Jimmy,
Unfortunately, Toyota Ireland has made the decision to only offer the new RAV4 as a plug-in hybrid (aside from an initial batch of regular hybrids, which I believe are already sold).
It seems a very strange decision given the demand for non-plug-in hybrids and the large number of existing owners of hybrid RAV4s that may not want a car that needs to be plugged in.
