How much could the actuator cost, as I have been having electronic brake failure incessantly?

My van is going for retest, after track rod end and headlight sorted, but the ABS light has just come on: will it fail the retest?

In May 2018 I bought an Audi A3 Sportback 1.0 turbo (pre-reg Jan 2018). Around Oct/Nov I noticed a metallic grinding noise when reversing slowly out of my driveway and also reversing from a car parking spot. Initially told "probably lack of use" as my mileage was and is low (now 11,600km).  Early in 2019 went back three or four times and they could not find anything wrong. They suggested the brake material. I had no more problems until now when the problem is back. The dealer is an Audi dealer and I believe they did their best to sort me out. I am wondering if the problem is brake material together with my little use (and short trips) of the car. There is no problem driving forward.  Can you suggest what might be wrong?

Asking for a parent: they have a new 191 VW Polo and the car is still moving when just the handbrake is on (a traditional manual handbrake, not an electronic one);, is this something that is a known issue with new Volkswagen Polos? Cure from manufacturer garage is a nut to prevent it from slipping?!

My Dacia Logan makes an electronic beeping sound when I hit the brakes (not the handbrake); sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it does, what could be wrong?

I checked my brake disc (the front one) and there is a crack after a small part from the top of the disc got cracked out from an accident and everything else is okay except this part so is it safe to keep it or should I change it?
