Hi.
In line with your offer to ask you "anything", is it possible to know what proportion of a car's weight is lifted when you jack up on one side to change a wheel? Presumably some of the weight is being taken by the two wheels that remain on the ground. I ask this because, for a different job unrelated to the car, I want to buy a small hydraulic bottle jack (the smallest smallest possible to fit into a particular space) and I'm wondering if the max lift of the bottle jack is less than the total weight of the car, would it be safe to use it for changing a tyre.
As always, many thanks in advance, Philip

On start-stop on a Nissan Juke, is it normal for the engine to completely cut out so you have to start it again through the ignition if you take your seat belt off?

I notice in Spain that there are a pile of pre-registered cars labelled "zero km" being sold at a discount to get rid of stock before the WLTP regs come into effect. Has the same thing applied here? I haven't noticed it.
Cheers
Philip

I have a Volvo V40 D3 Pro Nav with Xenium Pack and Intellisafe Pro. Can the mph on the speedometer be easily changed to km/h or is it stuck on mph forever?

Hi,
I am interested in buying a new Ford Fiesta; the model I am interested in is priced online at €20,150. One dealer in the Cork area quoted me €22,000 for the exact same thing, another quoted €21,395, making delivery charges €1,850 and €1,245 respectively. Audi quotes €650 delivery for the A1. Would you ask Ford Ireland for a comment and if it intends to do anything about it?
Thanks
Pat

What's the difference between a Volkswagen Passat and a Volkswagen Passat Sport? I have a Passat Sport and there don't seem to be many in Ireland. My car is a TSI 1.4 by the way.

Hello guys,
I have two questions:
1) What are the most sold cars in Ireland?
2) What is the pricing range for cars people are buying the most in Ireland?
Looking forward to hearing from you
Kind regards, Stan
