What's up with my Tiguan's clutch?

Hi.

I drive a six-year-old Tiguan. Recently I noticed the clutch failing to return to normal position when I change gear. Doesn't happen all the time. I pull the clutch up with my toe.

Answer

Hi Gemma,

That's likely to be due to the clutch slave cylinder. It may need to be replaced, so bring the car to a good mechanic before the car becomes completely undrivable.
