Ora Funky Cat
Funny name aside, the Ora Funky Cat has a lot going for it.
Part of the massive Great Wall Motors group, Ora has arrived in Ireland with the cutest little electric car you ever did see - the Funky Cat mixes and matches styling from the original Volkswagen Beetle, the MINI and even the first-gen Nissan Leaf to relatively pleasing effect. The cabin is equally as nice to look at, and very spacious too, but the digital displays aren’t as slick as they first appear, and the software really feels like it needs an update. Long range efficiency isn’t great either (22kWh/100km at motorway speeds) so this is an EV that’s better kept in town.
