Renault Ireland has announced its offers for the upcoming 252 registration period, which begins in July, and the headline act is that there's zero per cent finance available for orders made before the 31 July.
Is that available for all models?
Yes, that zero per cent offer, which is for Hire Purchase provided by Mobilize, Renault's in-house finance arm, is across the entire range, including the new all-electric Renault 5 E-Tech, arguably the most eye-catching new car of the year. That Renault 5 comes with two battery sizes - 40kWh and 52kWh - and a range of up to 410km on one charge. Customers can choose from three trim levels: evolution, techno, and iconic and standard across all trims are great features such as Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, Arkamys speaker system, 18 inch wheels and automatic LED lights while the exterior paint references the 1970s origins of the Renault 5, with colours such as Pop Yellow! and Pop Green! (and those exclamation marks are technically part of the names).
What other offers are available?
There's also a €1,500 trade-in bonus available across Clio, Captur, Arkana, Austral, Symbioz, Rafale, Scenic E-tech and Megane E-tech electric models, but that's an either-or for the zero per cent finance. If you're ordering early, get your skates on because all new car orders made before May 31st (which is Saturday) during the Renault National Sales Event will get a pre-paid €500 Mastercard, which would be a nice little boost for the summer holidays.
Anything else?
Yes, if none of the above suits your needs, then Mobilize can also offer you PCP finance plans starting with 4.9 per cent interest for the Clio, Captur, Arkana, Austral, Rafale, Symbioz, Scenic and Megane E-Tech electric, for up to 39 months, while there's also 5.9 per cent PCP offer for the Renault 5 E-Tech. Both of those offers are valid up to the 31 July.
