Renault Bank has €60 million in finance ready for 2021.

Renault and Dacia have jointly announced their 211-plate offers, which include low interest rates and a €1,000 'green' discount on new Renaults.

Special 211 offers

Renault Bank, the carmakers' in-house finance provider, has said that it has €60 million in finance packages ready to roll for prospective Irish car buyers in 2021. To back that commitment up, Renault has a series of special offers for anyone registering a new model between now and the end of January.

That starts with a €1,000 'Green Grant' which Renault is offering on top of the standard Government-backed rebates for hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles. The company has pledged €2 million to cover that 'grant.' On top of that, there's a special 2.11 per cent interest rate for finance packages, and a three-month payment holiday if you need it.

Cashback across the range

For more conventional models, there's a 3.9 per cent finance rate, the same three-month payment deferral, and a series of 'cashback' discounts - €1,000 off a Clio or a Captur, €1,250 off a Megane, and €1,500 off a Kadjar.

There's also a 3.9 per cent finance offer in place on Renault's commercial vehicle range, which the company claims can save as much as €3,000 compared to a 'high street bank' finance package. Again, there's a three-month payment holiday, and a five-year warranty and roadside assistance pack.

Renault Bank, which claims to have loaned some €500 million to Irish car buyers in the past decade, says it will also provide a new inclusive service package, which will also cover wear-and-tear repairs, as a monthly subscription package.

Virtual showroom

For those who can't physically get to a dealer, there's a 'virtual showroom' which is open between 10am and 8pm seven days a week, with 'product gurus' on hand to talk you through the model range.

Meanwhile, over at Dacia, there's a 0 per cent finance offer in place for the top-spec Duster Prestige (which costs €23,995), with three months' payment deferral. That's available on all Duster Prestige models registered before the 31st of January.

For the Sandero and Sandero Stepway, there's a €500 cashback offer, 4.9 per cent finance, and three months' deferred payments. The Logan and Logan Stepway get the same offer but without the cashback.

Dacia is also using the same online virtual showroom setup as Renault.
