Fully optimised carbon aero kit, lowered suspension and Inconel exhaust on the Lambo’s options list.

German tuning firm Novitec has announced a package of upgrades which are available for owners of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo.

Carbon aero kit

First up the Novitec ramp is an aerodynamic-enhancement kit for the Huracan. Honed through wind-tunnel testing to produce even more downforce to boost handling stability at speed accordingly, the components in the Novitec kit are manufactured with a naked-carbon finish, although you customers can have them in matching or contrasting vehicle colours. The items from Novitec amount to a larger front splitter, two-piece spoiler extensions to either side, and tailor-made end-plates at the extremities of the front fascia to more effectively direct air to the Lambo's side intakes.

Then, at the back of the car, more aero bits include the engine cover, incorporating an air scoop, and a fixed high-rise spoiler. Down the side of the Huracan, the rocker panels, door mirror covers and the air intakes next to the windows are all carbonised, while the latter items are extended forwards to increase airflow into the mid-mounted V10 engine. In the wheel arches are 20-inch front, 21-inch rear forged alloys from US firm Vossen, with three designs - the Novitec NL4s seen in the images can be had with either a five-stud or a centre-lock fixing, with the Y-spoke pattern familiar to the Evo, while there are also three-piece Novitec NL1 alloys with a five-twin-spoke design. All tyres are Pirelli P Zero, 245/30ZR20 front and 325/25ZR21 rear.

Zorst and slam

There are also some mechanical changes for Novitec customers to enjoy, the first being Sport Springs which lower the Lamborghini's ride height by 35mm and the second being the Novitec Race high-performance exhaust system. There are two options here: a stainless-steel version with high-temperature thermal insulation is the opening gambit; but then you can go one stage further and go for a full Inconel system, this being a material widely used in Formula 1. This latter set-up has golden insulation, which makes it stand out even further, although carbon tips will make either Novitec exhaust look good at the back. Finally, back on the aesthetic front, Novitec says it will fulfil any customer request for personalisation in the cabin, with the finest leather and/or Alcantara in any desired colour available.
