Awards were handed out in three categories after Nissan Ireland put each dealership through a detailed assessment and evaluation process.
Who won Nissan Overall Dealership of the Year?
John McCabe Nissan Drogheda took the top prize for the second time. Five dealers made it to the final stages of judging, and the Louth dealership came out on top after scoring top marks in a series of audits.
These looked at how well each finalist had built a customer-focused culture and kept up its commitment to excellence and innovation.
Robert McCabe, Dealer Principal at John McCabe Nissan, said the team was thrilled to win again, adding that “Customers across Louth and surrounding areas trust us because we take the hassle out of finding the right car and looking after it over the months and years to come, whether that’s electric, hybrid, hybrid e-Power, petrol or diesel”.
Which dealer won Nissan Aftersales Dealer of the Year?
Randles Bros in Tralee won the aftersales award. It was recognised for the effort it puts into quick turnaround times on routine servicing, maintenance and warranty repairs, and for consistently putting the customer first.
Which dealer won Nissan Sales Dealer of the Year?
Windsor MotorMall Galway was named Nissan Sales Dealer of the Year. The award recognised its dedication to hitting sales targets while also delivering excellent customer care and representing the Nissan brand with professionalism and integrity.
What did Nissan Ireland say about its dealers?
Seamus Morgan, Managing Director of Nissan Ireland, praised all of the country's Nissan dealers:
