Toyota Naas is the new Lexus agent for Kildare.

The appointment of a new Lexus dealer in Ireland is pretty big news, as the brand’s exclusivity keeps the number of outlets small and, well, exclusive. So it’s an important day when Toyota Naas gets appointed as Lexus’s latest authorised dealer in Ireland.

Where is Toyota Naas?

It’s in Naas, Co. Kildare of course, but if you want to be a bit more precise, right now it’s on the Sallins Road in Naas itself, but as part of the Lexus appointment, work is already underway on a new state-of-the-art showroom located just off the N7, at Junction 10. That will open in April 2027.

How long has Toyota Naas been going?

Quite a long time, although the actual Toyota Naas bit has been operating since 2012. It’s a family owned business, managed by the Fitzpatrick family, and it’s been selling cars in the Naas area since the original Monasterevin Motors opened more than 72 years ago.

Originally Monasterevin Motors sold agricultural machinery as well as cars, so it’s safe to say that its product lineup has become a bit more luxurious over time. Toyota Naas is these days run by dealer principal Liam Fitzpatrick.

What cars will they sell?

The entire current Lexus lineup will be on sale, of course, including the newly introduced ES saloon in both hybrid and fully electric forms, as well as the LBX, the NX, the RX and the all-electric RZ.

Coming soon are two important new models — a new NX, and the all-electric, six-seat Lexus TZ.

Ian Corbett, Head of Lexus Ireland commented: “We are delighted to appoint Liam Fitpatrick and Toyota Naas as a Lexus Retailer in Co Kildare. Lexus has experienced significant growth over the last number of years and with the arrival of further new models into our range we have no doubt that Lexus will achieve continued success in Naas also.”
