Not so much a car, more of an icon. The Lexus LS400 ("the Japanese Mercedes!"- Alan Partridge) was the first Japanese super luxury saloon and it's still one of the best.
Its style has hardly faded (it was always plain to look at) and best of all, even at this age, everything from the 4.0-litre V8 to the electric window switches will still be working perfectly. All this for €2000? Best bargain ever.
