Every car brand in Ireland with 222 offers

Ahead of the arrival of the new 222 plates, we’re looking at all the car companies in Ireland with special offers.

Even with the world’s automotive industry in turmoil and supply chain shortages stifling the supply of new cars, there are still plenty of companies out there with special offers to coincide with the arrival of the new 222 plates. Though they’re not perhaps quite as competitive as they might be under normal circumstances, we’ve put together a list of all the car companies in Ireland currently advertising finance offers and deals ahead of the 222 sales period.

Citroen

Citroen is currently offering financing at 1.9 per cent APR across its entire range with a five-year warranty and three years of roadside assistance on all models including the newly-facelifted C5 Aircross SUV and electric vehicles such as the e-C4, e-Berlingo and e-Spacetourer.

Cupra

The Cupra Formentor SUV is available from €329 per month at a PCP finance rate of 2.9 per cent. Buyers who sign up for 222-plate models will receive the Cupra Care Package including a three-year manufacturer service plan with a free courtesy car and complimentary collection, delivery and clean. Also covered under the same 2.9 per cent offer with the same complimentary Cupra Care Package offer are the Cupra Leon, Leon Sportstourer and Ateca.

Dacia

An APR of 4.9 per cent applies to all Dacia Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Duster and Jogger models bought before August 31st.

Ford

Ford is currently offering a 2.9 per cent PCP interest rate on its Puma, Kuga, S-Max and Galaxy models and 3.9 per cent on the Fiesta and Focus. In addition to these rates, there’s a deposit contribution of €250 towards all-new Puma models, €1,500 towards the Kuga and €1,000 on the S-Max and Galaxy.

Hyundai

For buyers trading in their old car, there’s a 3.9 per cent APR on all Hyundai Tucson SUVs bought on a PCP.

Kia

An APR of 3.9 per cent applies across the entire Kia range for models bought on both Hire Purchase and PCP.

Lexus

Lexus is offering financing at an APR of 4.9 per cent on all ES saloon and NX SUV models registered before September 31st and at 4.5 per cent on UX models.

Mazda

For the 222 season, Mazda is offering a 3.9 per cent APR on Mazda 2, 3 and CX-30 models in the upmarket Homura trim level. Across the rest of the Homura range, a rate of 4.9 per cent applies.

Nissan

All new Nissan models from the electric Leaf to the Qashqai crossover are available on a 3.9 per cent APR PCP deal.

Opel

Opel is running a PCP and Hire Purchase offer for 222, with a 2.9 per cent APR on most of its models except the Grandland SUV, Vivaro-e Combi and Zafira-e Life meaning there are deals to be had on electric vehicles such as the Corsa-e and Mokka-e.

Peugeot

Buyers of new Peugeot e-208, e-2008, 308 hybrid and 3008 hybrid on a PCP deal will be able to avail of a 2.9 per cent APR, while for the rest of the range a 4.9 per cent rate applies for cars bought on PCP and Hire Purchase. All models come with a five-year warranty and those on which the 2.9 per cent rate applies also get a free service plan offer.

Renault

The electric Renault Zoe is available from €239 per month at an APR of 3.9 per cent. A higher rate of 4.9 per cent applies to the other models in Renault’s range including the Arkana (€259/month), Arkana E-Tech Hybrid (€299/month), Captur SE (€255/month) and Clio (€199/month). These offers apply to all cars registered by August 31st.

SEAT

For 222 models, there’s a 1.9 per cent APR on the SEAT Ibiza, Arona and Ateca with a three-year servicing plan from €9.99 per month. The Taracco SUV is available at a 3.9 per cent PCP rate, while on the Leon, a rate of 4.9 per cent applies.

Skoda

Skoda is offering a range of different low finance rates across its range on all new cars registered by June 30th. The Skoda Scala is available at zero per cent APR and the new Fabia at 1.9 per cent. On Kamiq, Karoq, Kodiaq and Superb models there’s a 3.9 per cent PCP finance rate with 4.9 per cent on the electric (and in short supply) Enyaq iV. Three years service is included on all models.

Volkswagen

At present, Volkswagen is offering most of its models at low-interest rates, though they vary from model to model.

1.9 per cent – Taigo, T-Cross, ID.5

2.9 per cent – Polo, ID.4

3.9 per cent – Passat, Tiguan Allspace

4.9 per cent – ID.3

5.9 per cent – Golf, Tiguan, Arteon, Touareg, Passat Estate
