Volkswagen is at last bringing the two halves of its model lineups together, combining the all-electric tech of the ID range with the familiar badges of its mainstream cars, hence the name of the ID. Polo. It’s a smart looking car - very Polo-like, no surprises here - and has a nice cabin, which sees the return of some much-needed physical buttons and switches. Volkswagen boasts of Golf-sized cabin space, and the bigger battery variant has a range of up to 455km. Never mind that, though - we want the ID. Polo GTI...
