Opel Astra Electric
The electric Opel Astra looks little different to any other model in the range.
The handsome Opel Astra gets its first all-electric model ever this year, with the arrival of the Astra Electric. As with other models from the Stellantis Group, it’s going to use the 54kWh (51kWh net) battery and 156hp front-wheel-drive electric motor that we’ve already seen in the likes of the Jeep Avenger. The Astra’s slightly slicker body promises a range that just breaks the 400km barrier, but how will it perform in the real world?
