Mercedes-Benz GLB
The Mercedes GLB launched in 2026 comes with electric power in "EQ Technology" guise.
The GLB is based on the same high-tech electric car platform as the sleeker, lower Mercedes CLA, so while it can’t match the four-door’s impressive one-charge range, 631km on one charge still isn’t to be sneezed at. The GLB also shares the CLA’s interior, stuffed as it is with lots of glossy screens, which may or may not be to your liking, but there’s no denying the space on offer, nor the usefulness of the GLB’s seven-seat layout. There’s a five-seat model too, with a bigger boot, if luggage space is of higher priority.
