Jeep Wagoneer S
Coming soon: Jeep wants to take on Range Rover with its Wagoneer S.
Jeep, having scored a solid success with the compact electric Avenger, is now looking to take the Audi Q6 e-tron and BMW iX scalps with an all-new, sleek, high-performance electric SUV. Meet the Wagoneer S. While the Stateside-only (so far) petrol-powered Wagoneer is a huge seven-seat luxury SUV, the Wagoneer S is more compact (about the size of a Range Rover Velar) and sits on the Stellantis Group’s ‘STLA Large’ electric car platform. That should give it enough battery capacity - 100kW - to offer a range of around 500km. It’s also going to be immensely powerful, with as much as 600hp and 800Nm of torque for the top-spec model. Sales should start in early 2026 and expect a price that broadly matches that of the Audi SQ6.
