Renault Fluence recall

Recall affects 892 Renaults sold in Ireland, manufactured up to August 2010

According to the National Consumer Agency, Renault Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of Fluence models sold in the Republic of Ireland. The vehicles in question were manufactured up to August 2010.

On affected vehicles there is a risk that the driver's air bag may not deploy. There is also a risk that the passenger’s air bag may deploy even when deactivated.

This recall affects 892 vehicles in Ireland.

All affected customers will be contacted directly by post by Renault Ireland inviting them to contact their nearest Renault dealer to arrange for the necessary work to be carried out as soon as possible.
