Renault is 120 years old this year, did you know? It's actually one of the oldest extant car makers (really only Mercedes is older) and the brand is celebrating its birthday with some special offers for those looking for a 182-registered car.
So, you can now buy any of Renault's passenger car range on a 1.20 per cent finance deal, with €1,200 cashback and three years' free servicing. That finance offer applies both to PCP and HP finance, and it's available on current cars, as well as those ordering for 182. That comes with a five-year warranty too.
Want better than that? Well, if you're going zero-emissions and buying a Renault Zoe electric car, then you can get zero per cent finance, and that offer runs until the 31st of July.
Across the hall at Dacia, there's a 4.9 per cent finance offer in place for the Duster, Sandero, Logan and various Stepway models, while for Renault's commercial and van range, there's a 3.9 per cent HP finance deal, as well as a five-year warranty, and five years' roadside assistance.
There's going to be a special 120th anniversary weekend at Renault dealerships across the country (and there are 28 of them) from Thursday the 7th to Saturday the 9th of June, and that will include special events around Renault's promotional partnership with the new Solo: A Star Wars Story movie.
Customers are invited to take an exclusive sneak peek at a scene from the film in dealerships before its release, and anyone who takes a test drive in a Renault model before 9th July 2018 will have the chance to win a family holiday to Italy to the value of €8,000 which includes flights and transfers, three nights in a 4-star hotel in Venice, two nights in a 4-star hotel in Lake Como, a filming locations day trip, a Venice tour with canal cruise, a Star Wars themed cruise of Lake Como and a variety of other goodies. Children who come into any Renault Ireland dealership dressed as their favourite Star Wars character will also have the chance to win a Millennium Falcon Lego set.
