<h4>What's the news?</h4><p>Honda will bring some electric car concepts and an eclectic looking Jazz supermini to the Geneva Motor Show in March. The Jazz X-Road has yet to be revealed, but the new model has been designed to offer a more rugged-looking alternative to the standard hatchback. It will be available later this year as an upgrade pack for the standard Jazz.</p><p>The X-Road pack features 4x4-style black plastic mouldings for the wheelarches and side skirts, while contrast silver bumper protection panels are added front and rear to look like skid plates. It also gets 16-inch alloy wheels and will be available with the 103hp 1.3-litre VTEC petrol engine with either a manual or CVT transmission.</p><p>Of more significance is the arrival of the all-new Honda CR-V in Europe. The new SUV will be aiming to make a bigger impact in the class, and will get a petrol-electric hybrid drive system from launch, which could take the place of a diesel variant in the line-up.</p><p>Alongside these production cars, Honda will also show off its very-well-received duo of electric car concepts. The hatchback Urban EV was first revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year and was universally praised as a highlight of the show, while Honda has confirmed that the electric supermini will definitely be going into production. It will be joined by the rakish Sports EV, which debuted at the Tokyo Motor Show. It uses a similar electric drive system to the Urban EV, but Honda has only said it 'might' make production. These two will also be joined by the NeuV autonomous pod concept that was shown at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas late last year. </p><p>Honda will also be having a bit of a celebration of its motorsport efforts. Geneva will mark the debut of the TCR racing series version of the latest Civic Type R, while a GT3 version of the NSX supercar will appear. Elsewhere, Honda will also display its championship-winning MotoGP bike alongside its World Superbike and Dakar Rally challengers.</p>
