We've been waiting for confirmation and finally we have it: Ireland will get the updated Volkswagen Sharan MPV.
Volkswagen Ireland has announced that the seven-seat MPV will be available in Ireland and the order books are open as of now.
Powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine with 150hp at 3,500rpm, the updated Sharan will come with either a manual or DSG automatic transmission.
In manual guise the Sharan will start at €41,000 and falls into Band B1, costing €270 to tax per year. For the automatic, prices start at €44,000 and it falls into Band B2 costing €280 to tax per year.
