Ford throwing the lot at Summer Sales Event

What's the news?

Customers who order a new Ford Fiesta, B-Max, EcoSport, Focus, C-Max/Grand C-Max or Kuga before June 30 (and registered by July 31) will qualify for three years' of free motor tax on their new car, up to a maximum value of €600. The offer is part of Ford's Summer Sales Event that also sees the likes of the Ka, Fiesta, B-Max, Focus, C-Max and Kuga discounted by up to €3,250.

As if free tax and money off a new car wasn't enough, Ford also wants to give money off some of the stuff in the car.

Zetec and Titanium specification C-Maxs get power mirrors and parking sensors for free (a saving of up to €350) while the equivalent cars in the Grand C-Max range get Ford's latest SYNC 2 infotainment system, saving as much as €720.

The offers are not just restricted to the C-Max family though. The following cars come with, on average, €250 worth of free equipment:

Ka: 14-inch alloys and front fog lamps

Fiesta Zetec: Ford SYNC and manual air conditioning

Fiesta Titanium: power fold mirrors, rear parking sensors

EcoSport: Ford SYNC

B-Max: 16-inch alloys, front fog lights, floor mats and Ford SYNC

B-Max Titanium: power fold mirrors, rear parking distance sensors and Ford SYNC

Focus Style: front fog lights and Quickclear windscreen

Not to be outdone by the various 152 finance packages on the market, Ford is also offering a two-year PCP package with an APR rate of 3.9 per cent. Available on cars registered by July 31 this  could have you behind the wheel of a Fiesta from €167 a month or Mondeo from €299 per month.
