Brabus has officially worked on projects for Mercedes-Benz before, the most notable being Brabus-tuned versions of the Smart hatch, coupé and roadster. Mechanical details of the flagship Mercedes have not been revealed, but it is expected to be larger and more expensive than the extended wheelbase Rolls-Royce Phantom. Within the 6.4-metre, armour-plated, body there will be three rows of seats. A partition separates the driver from the back seat passengers, who can sit facing each other. When it does arrive the Pullman is set to sit above a new Maybach badged S-Class, which, while being an extended wheelbase model, will feature only two rows of seats to the Pullman's three.
Anything else?
Brabus already offers a 730hp conversion for the S-Class, which is enough for a top speed 'limited to 325km/h'. With the Pullman said to offer protective armour for its occupants it may need such a conversion straight from the off.
