Peugeot 2008 production increased

Peugeot plans to ramp up the production of the 2008 to meet demand.

Demand for Peugeot's 2008 crossover has exceeded expectations according to its maker. Production is about to be increased. After selling about 120,000 units of the 2008, the French carmaker has decided to increase production to 860 units per day in order to meet the market's demand. The vehicle is produced at Peugeot's Mulhouse plant, and the increase in production means that an extra half night shift will be added to the routine at the facility.
