Skoda Ireland has announced the appointment of Spirit Motor Group in Sandyford, Co. Dublin as a the latest addition to its expanding retail network. The partnership brings the Skoda brand to an important area of the market in Dublin. Located on Rowan Avenue, opposite the Beacon Hospital and just a short distance from the M50 and Luas, the showroom will carry the full range of Skoda vehicles and accessories.
Commenting on the appointment, John Donegan, Brand Director, ŠKODA Ireland said "Extending our dealer network and welcoming Spirit ŠKODA on board underpins a really exciting year for ŠKODA. We are marking 20 years in business in Ireland and are undertaking one of the biggest model launch programmes in the company's 117 year history. We are looking forward to working with the team at Spirit ŠKODA to create greater awareness of what the ŠKODA range has to offer and to getting more ŠKODAs on the road in the South Dublin area."

The addition of Skoda to the Spirit Motor Group will see the initial creation of ten new jobs which will grow to twenty over time, and will bring the total number of people currently employed by the company to over eighty. Spirit Motor Group also sales and service for Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo.
