New look for Renault Mégane

Clio face for all versions of Mégane debuts at Frankfurt Motor Show.

Renault seems to be following in the footsteps of Audi with identikit styling across the range. The latest model to gain Clio-inspired looks - after the Fluence and Captur - will be the Mégane, with the hatch, Grand Mégane estate and three-door Coupé model all set to get the brand's latest front end styling. Renault states that, while all Méganes will feature the same bumper and bonnet, each version will 'maintain its own identity'. Each model will also gain elliptical projector headlights with the sportier Renaultsport and GT Line models featuring gloss black backgrounds to differentiate them.

Anything else?
The refreshed Mégane line-up will be revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 10 before going on sale in Ireland early in 2014.
