Kia reveals CUB concept

Funky new four-door coupé concept revealed by Kia ahead of Seoul Motor Show.

The 2013 Seoul Motor Show will play host to the unveiling of Kia's latest niche model, the CUB.  The four-door coupé concept is said to measure in at under four metres in length, making it a similar size to a Ford Fiesta.  The only other information we've been given from Kia is that it is designed to appeal to 'trend-setting urban dwellers', but then again, what concept car isn't?

To try and achieve this, Kia has given it a very rounded and smooth-looking body.  The front bumper appears to feature two large air intakes, and coupled with the twin-LED headlights the CUB's face looks to be more imposing in our teaser shot than the 'cheerful' one Kia claims to have designed.

We have yet to have word on interior specification, and if the CUB was to make production we would expect that low capacity, forced-induction petrol and diesel units would complete the CUB's engine line-up.

More information will be revealed at the CUB's unveiling at Kia's press conference, which will take place on Thursday 28th March at 11:10am.
