The fourth generation CR-V will be launched in Paris. For the first time customers can choose between two- and four-wheel drive. Improvements to quality, practicality and refinement are promised, as are reduced CO2 emissions.
Honda will show the new, 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine in the Civic. It is the first engine in Europe to feature the company's Earth Dreams Technology. Developing 120hp for the Civic the engine emits 94g/km with fuel economy of up to 78.5mpg (3.6 litres per 100km).
Marking 40 years of the Civic, Honda will display a 1972 first generation Civic alongside the latest models.
Details of the 2013 CR-Z will be announced in Paris and the updated model will be on show. The exterior and interior are revised and both petrol and electric motors get a power increase. Honda promises the extra performance does not mean an increase in fuel consumption or emissions.
The Honda EV-STER, next generation electric small sports concept will also be on display.
