Nissan knocks €5,000 off the all-electric LEAF

Limited time offer means all-electric Nissan LEAF is available for €25,595.

Spring is in the air (well it was last week) and Nissan is hoping to put some spring in your step with an enticing €5,000 off the all-electric Nissan LEAF. That means the ultra-efficient LEAF is now available for €25,595 and as it has no CO2 emissions, road tax of €160 per year.

The savings do not stop there though as, due to the fact that the LEAF has very few serviceable items, Nissan reckons owners can save up to 50 per cent on their annual servicing and maintenance costs. This is on top of the average running costs of one cent per kilometre that could lead to a further saving of €1,800 a year when compared to diesel and petrol powered alternatives, which cost between 8 and 10 cent per kilometre to run.

Those interested in taking advantage of the €5,000 off offer better be quick though as it is for a limited time only.
