What kind of offers is Renault… offering?
You can have zero per cent finance on any new Renault passenger car model if you’re going for a hire purchase agreement. If you want a PCP deal, the interest rate is a relatively low 3.9 per cent.
I don’t want to use any finance packages, though…
That’s OK, because if you don’t want one of the nice finance deals, you can instead get a trade-in bonus (effectively a bit of extra money off your new car) worth €2,000 if you’re buying a Renault hybrid or €3,000 if you’re buying an electric model.
Which cars do these offers cover?
If you’re looking at an all-electric model, you can get €3,000 off (or choose one of the finance packages). Eligible models include the Renault 5 E-Tech electric, Renault 4 E-Tech electric, Scenic E-Tech electric and the newly revised Megane E-Tech electric (which you can read more about here), which now has a range of up to 500km.
And the hybrids?
Those come with €2,000 off (or you can nab one of the finance offers), and the eligible models are the Clio, Captur, Symbioz and Austral (but not the range-topping Rafale).
Are vans included in the special offers?
They are indeed. You can have zero per cent interest on hire purchase finance for the Kangoo Van and Kangoo E-Tech electric, and 4.9 per cent interest on hire purchase finance for the Master and Trafic (with the Master being the International Van of the Year 2025 and the Trafic being Ireland’s best-selling van for three consecutive years).
When do these offers run until?
The special offers are available on all cars ordered before 31 December, for registration before 31 January. Renault is also holding a ‘national sales event’ from 2 to 9 November. If you order a new Renault during that week, you’ll get a prepaid €500 Mastercard to grab yourself some Christmas (or pre-Christmas, we’re not judging) treats.
