Cupra Ireland’s Night Run at Palmerstown House Estate raised €5,000 for Endometriosis Ireland. Held on 1 October, 150 runners took part in the after-dark event, following a five-kilometre route lit with LED lights through the estate.

What happened on the night?

The evening opened with a warm-up led by Cupra Pulse live DJ Tuáthla Lucey, setting an energetic tone that combined fitness and music. Runners then made their way around the illuminated course, which organisers say created a unique visual experience not typically associated with a standard road race.

Why was Endometriosis Ireland chosen as the charity partner?

Cupra Brand Ambassador Sean Hill spearheaded the event and selected Endometriosis Ireland as the charity partner, a cause he said is particularly close to his heart. Hill also used his own channels to promote the event, and tickets sold out within a few days of going on sale.

How was the €5,000 raised?

Ticket sales raised €1,500 for the charity, and Hill added a further €1,000 of his own money. Cupra Ireland and event partner Forefront Sports then made up the difference, bringing the total to €5,000.

What is Cupra Ireland’s involvement in events like this?

The Night Run forms part of Cupra Ireland’s broader programme of events centred on music, performance, community and culture, rather than traditional motoring events.

Cupra Ireland thanked all 150 participants, as well as Sean Hill, Endometriosis Ireland, Forefront Sports, Allied Global Marketing and Palmerstown House Estate for helping to organise the inaugural Cupra Night Run.
