The mighty Aston Martin Vanquish turns 25 in 2026 and the British luxury carmaker celebrates with a limited edition appropriately, and succinctly, called the Vanquish 25.
Ah, will just 25 of them be made?
No, in fact there will be 50 examples of the Aston Martin Vanquish 25 in total, but those will be split into 25 Coupes and 25 Volantes, with either body style offered with a choice of '2+0' or '2+2' seating configurations within. All of them are being built by the 'Q by Aston Martin' bespoke arm of the business.
So what makes the Vanquish 25 different?
Its appearance takes its inspiration from the original 2001 launch specification of the first Aston Martin Vanquish - we're currently on the third-generation car, which arrived in 2024 - with the company saying it has added "new handcrafting techniques and treatments to inject modern flair and style”.
This means that all 50 Vanquish 25s will be finished in the exclusive colour Q Skye Silver, which is complemented by Q Commission metal-foil detailing on the side sills and shield vanes.
There is also bespoke Aston Martin script-foil detailing, Q Commission exhaust finishers, stainless-steel side strakes, unique 'Vanquish 25' badging and a new subtle highlighting of the V-spokes on the 21-inch forged-alloy wheels.
Sounds nice. How about within?
Q offers up some unique trim-perforation patterns and upholstery splits, while the seatbacks themselves are embroidered with the exclusive 'Vanquish 25' logo.
Further highlights include laser-etched Aston Martin trim inlays, a bright-red start/stop button on the centre console surrounded by bespoke rotary geometry and black Alcantara headlining.
This plush cabin can be finished in one of three main colourways, which are Onyx Black, Oxford Tan or Phantom Grey.
Does the Vanquish 25 gain any mechanical updates on the regular cars?
No, but when you've got an 835hp/1,000Nm biturbo 5.2-litre V12 at your disposal up front and one of the best chassis we've ever encountered on an Aston sitting underneath you, then you could argue the company didn't need to do anything to the Vanquish in this regard.
So it hasn't. Expect 0-100km/h in just 3.3 seconds, with the top speed of 345km/h making this one of the fastest road cars on the planet.

"Twenty-five years on from the unveiling of the very first Vanquish, it is only right that we mark this nameplate's contribution to our heritage. Vanquish 25 builds on the extraordinary achievements of the modern, third-generation Vanquish with a carefully curated package of exterior and interior features that subtly celebrate this important milestone in our history.”
The Aston Martin Vanquish 25 will have its global premiere at the Monterey Car Week event in California, taking place in August. First customer deliveries are slated for Q4 of this year.
