SEAT Ireland has announced that it has signed a title sponsorship deal with current League of Ireland champions, Shamrock Rovers F.C, for the 2012 season. The deal will see the Tallaght men's famous hooped jersey bear the logo of the Spanish car maker.
SEAT already has a close relationship with Rovers through midfield dynamo Stephen Rice, who is a brand ambassador for the marque, but with 'The Hoops' continuing success - the most successful club in the history of the League of Ireland and the first ever Irish club to qualify for the UEFA Europa League group stages - SEAT was keen to extend its support to the full squad.
Woodies DIY will continue its support of the club and will work together with Shamrock Rovers and SEAT to ensure the club's continued success. Michael O'Neill's squad will enter the upcoming season vying to claim its 18th League of Ireland title.
