SEAT offers VAT-back savings

As much as €5,000 off the price of a new SEAT.

The Irish Government might be knocking back VAT rates on new cars, but SEAT Ireland is going a step further, and is offering as much as €5,000 off the price of a new 202-registered car.

Get your VAT more or less back

That €5,000 is pretty much the entire VAT cost of many models, and it's being packaged with a 5.9 per cent finance rate, and the option of a three-year inclusive service plan which costs €9.99 a month.

Big discounts and zero per cent finance

For customers who are looking for a lower finance deal, SEAT Ireland is offering zero per cent PCP Finance on selected models as well as an online discount voucher, which when downloaded from the SEAT Ireland website, allows for discounts of up to €3,000 on selected models. Available online is a €1,000 discount voucher on the Ibiza, the all-new Leon, Arona, Ateca, Alhambra and Tarraco and a €3,000 discount on the out-going Leon model.

The new Leon, one of the most impressive new cars we've driven this year, isn't left out either - you can pick one up from just €239 per month, on a 2.9 per cent PCP finance package.

Offers run to the end of September

Speaking on the offers, Niall Phillips, Brand Director at SEAT Ireland said: "We're delighted to launch our new SEAT VAT Saving Event at retailers nationwide. It is important for us as a brand to offer value to our customers as well as quality vehicles. These are some of the strongest offers we've ever had including VAT savings of up to €5,000 and zero per cent PCP finance on selected models."

Get your skates on though, as these offers only run until the end of September.
