I've heard that the UK is getting an updated Geely EX5 in 2027 with rear-wheel drive and more. Is that coming to Ireland?

Hi Dee,
The updated Geely EX5 has so far only been unveiled for the Chinese market, including the availability of a bigger battery and a new exterior look. It has not been confirmed for the UK as yet, though we'd be surprised if it does not make it there.
As for Ireland, it's widely expected that Geely will arrive in 2027, and the EX5 is perfectly suited to our market. Hopefully the upgraded model is launched from the outset.
