Is the VRT on an older Ford Tourneo (2010) a flat €200 like it would be on the equivalent Transit?

Hi Tony,
That's very unlikely. If it has up to nine seats it will be classified as a passenger car. If it is actually classified as a minibus with at least 10 seats then it could be in category C for €200 VRT, but those are usually Transits, not Tourneos.
