Which is a better buy, the Toyota Yaris or Hyundai i20?

Hi Pat,
There's no clear winner. The Hyundai is a more spacious and practical car by far, and it can be had for a lot less money as well. On top of that, the Hyundai new-car warranty is far more generous that Toyota's.
However, there's no denying the efficiency of the Toyota hybrid system, and it drives well. If fuel consumption is a top priority and you don't need much space, then the Yaris is the one to go for, otherwise we'd have the Hyundai.
