Hi Michael,
That's the commercial vehicle tax rate for a van like the Caddy, but only those using the van for commercial/business reasons can make use of it. Doing so means the van cannot be used for any other purposes.
Instead, the Caddy could be taxed for private use. Do that and the annual rate varies depending on the engine size. For a 1.6-litre Caddy, for instance, it would be €514 per annum.
