Is the NOx tax just for passenger cars?

Does the new NOx tax apply only to private passenger vehicles, as I am importing an N1 commercial vehicle and may not get it done before January 1st?

Hi Declan,
That’s right — the NOx tax will only apply to Category A vehicles, i.e. private passenger cars. Vans are in Category B and are exempt.
