What to clean Mercedes Artico with?

Hi,
I have a C-Class Mercedes with Artico imitation leather interior. The "leather" is starting to crack the same way real leather does, (not badly). Do you know the best way to maintain the appearance of the seats? Presumably, the normal leather treatments won't be of any use, or would they?

Hi Philip,
We asked Mercedes and though its dealers will happily sell you specific products for Artico, we were also told that warm water and washing up liquid is perfectly acceptable for cleaning.
