Hi Eddie,
A bit of an unsung hero, the current Volkswagen Jetta. It gets rather overshadowed by the Audi A3 Saloon and Skoda Octavia, but it's actually a really good, quietly handsome car. Anyway, the official figures are 67mpg for the 1.6 TDI BlueMotion model and 58mpg for the 2.0 TDI 140hp.
