How much is a diesel Peugeot 308 with over 200,000km worth on average? In good condition.

I have a budget of €5,000 and I need a diesal car that can fit three booster seats in the back.

Which is best: SEAT Leon, Kia cee'd or Hyundai i30? I am currently driving a 2012 SEAT Ibiza, but looking to change in 2015. Not sure of the three listed which one offers best value for money.
