Did Citroen change its 1.6-litre petrol engine from 2004 to 2007 in the Picasso?

Is the 2005 BMW 3 Series a good car in terms of fuel consumption? I'm looking at a second hand one.

My Opel Vectra is very sluggish when in first and second gear; could it be timing belt? No engine fault light shows up.

I bought a Peugeot 3008 diesel. The car has the regular a/c heater. Can I replace that on the dashboard with a climate control digital regulator?

I recently traded in my 2001 BMW 318i for a 2011 BMW 318i. The main difference I discovered between the two models was the steering. The older car's steering was lighter and more responsive while the newer model feels that bit heavier. If I did not know better I would think I was driving a car with front-wheel drive. The car has Run Flat Tyres, and my question is, do you think its the tyres that is causing this experience and if so would it be worth my time to replace them?

What do you know about the new Lexus RX SUV and its likely price structure?

You recommended in June a Skoda Octavia or SEAT Leon for my needs. The Leon would be too small and I've being trying unsuccessfully to get an 08/09/10 Octavia since. Would an Opel Insignia be a sensible alternative in terms of efficency, reliability and durability?
