Do all new cars have bucket-style seats?

Hi,

I am looking at new cars and seem to find the majority have bucket type seats, which I find rub/aggravate my right thigh. Has anybody ever complained about this? The only car that does not produce this annoying affect seems to be the Citroen C4

Regards,

Brendan

What's up with my Passat's seat?

Hi guys,

Are you aware of any fault with the driver's seat in the Volkswagen Passat? I have a 2011 model and when my back shifts position when driving I can feel a panel in the backrest flexing/popping. It's extremely annoying and I was just wondering of you were aware of any other cases and if there's anything I can do about it

What car would help my bad back?

I'm tall and have a bad back - can you suggest car types that have seat adjustment and plenty of head room to give some degree of elevation as well as support? I don't want to go over a 1,400cc engine.

I need a six-seat car with room for a wheelchair...

I'm looking to upgrade my car. I need something to hold six people comfortably and to be fuel efficient, as I do 25,000km a year. I also need it to have boot space with all seats up as I need to fit hoist and collapsible wheelchair... I won't be carrying six all the time but need it to suit and be safe... All suggestions welcome.

Will a Mazda2 be better for back problems than my SEAT?

Mt wife suffers with back problems. She is driving a SEAT Ibiza 1.2 (2007 60,000 on the clock) and complains that the driver's seat is too low and does not support her back sufficiently. I have looked at a 2012 Mazda2, price €13,750 for which the garage would want €10,000 as a trade-in deal. What is your opinion on the Mazda? On the offer? Can you suggest a better alternative vehicle?

Many thanks

Peter.

Help! I need to fit in three car seats...

Hi, with number three on the way I am looking for a family car with three isofix points. With our first child being five I am wondering if an isofix booster seat without sides is sufficent for her. Our other child is almost three and will be in a Maxi Cosi Ferofix seat, with the one on the way destined to be in a Brittax seat once out of his baby seat.
