Where to complain about a garage?

Might advise me as to where I can put in a complaint about a garage. I have difficulty with repairing my car. The garage has it since June and I've been battling since to get it back. Too long to go into it all here but it was damaged in the garage by an employee, etc, etc.

Thank you.

Mgt.

Will my Zafira lose value because it was crashed?

I have a 12 D Opel Zafira. It was crashed from the side when a car ran into my driver front wheel. Opel said there was no structural damage. Will I lose money selling it? A new drive shaft, new wing and bumper were all fitted.

Hi, what value and what scrap company will give the best price for a damaged 1994 Nissan Sunny Pulsar model with a new clutch fitted six weeks ago? The damage is the driver's door hanging off, the dash ripped off and front supension damaged.
