Well what do you know - it's an electric car. Yes, the Smart Forspeed has a rear mounted 40hp electric motor capable of getting it to the unusual 0-60km/h 'benchmark' in 5.5 seconds. It will hit 120km/h flat out.
Drive carefully and a full charge will provide 135 kilometres. Though keep hitting the Sport button - which releases an extra 7hp - and you'll grind to a halt well before that.
