Updates for 2013 Nissan 370Z

Nissan quietly upgraded its sports coupé and roadster in Paris.

The Nissan 370Z has revealed a facelift to mark its fourth year on the planet. This one certainly comes into the 'blink and you miss it' category but it does inject a bit of life into the Coupé and Roadster models.

Exterior
Subtle would probably be too strong a word to describe this mid-life nip and tuck as without having both cars side by side few will notice the differences that include a redesigned bumper - now incorporating LED daytime running lights - and a more rounded air intake devoid of the signature 'fangs' of the current models.

Some new paint colours (Magma Red and Midnight Blue) have been added to the palette along with a brace of new alloy wheel designs.

Interior
The cabin has received some minor trim upgrades to improve perceived quality but other than that it's as you were.

Mechanicals
As this is just a cosmetic update the 325hp 3.7-litre V6 engine remains unchanged. This is not necessarily a bad thing - it can still crack 100km/h in 5.5 seconds - but with the GT-R receiving a power hike every other day has Nissan missed an opportunity on this one?

Anything else?
Prices for the revised Nissan 370Z Coupé and Roadster are yet to be confirmed, but are unlikely to change from the current model.
