Renault and Dacia 231 offers

Renault and Dacia will not raise the prices of their current models until the end of January 2023.

Renault Ireland has announced that both Renault and Dacia will not raise the prices of their current models until the end of January 2023. The company also announced that its finance arm, Mobilize, will work to help customers facing the cost of living crisis by "making monthly payments more affordable, providing flexibility on the term duration and GMFVs."

Longer repayment terms

Renault has noted that since it introduced more flexible repayment schemes in Ireland, around 50 per cent of its finance packages have extended from 36-month duration to 39 months.

Both brands say that they have secured a 'good supply' of new models for the January sales period, and there are some offers to be had, such as the Renault Arkana crossover for €259 per month from the Evolution TCe 140 and €299 for the E-Tech full hybrid Evolution 145 version on a Mobilize PCP plan.

The Renault Clio is available on a PCP with payments starting from €199 per month, while the Captur compact crossover can be had for €255 per month for the Evolution TCe 90 model.

All-electric Zoe

The all-electric Zoe is available for €239 per month on a PCP, and Mobilize says it has secured €200 million in funding for car finance packages for 2023. That finance also applies to used cars. All of the above offers are valid for cars ordered and registered before the end of March 2023.

Across at Dacia, the seven-seat Jogger - winner of AA Ireland's car of the year award - is now available on a PCP deal for the equivalent of €7.77 per day (which works out at €236 per month), while the Sandero hatchback can be had for €5 per day (€152 per month). The Sandero Stepway costs just €5.50 per day on a PCP (€167 a month), while the Duster crossover costs €6.50 a day (€197 per month).

Longer warranties for Dacias

Dacia is also extending its standard warranty and will now give you a free two-year extended warranty, giving a full five-year manufacturer's warranty of up to 150,000km and including roadside assistance on all Dacia models ordered and registered before 31st January 2023.

Finally, Renault says that its van lineup is getting some offers, including the Trafic dCi 130 Business Panel Van for €359 per month over a 60-month term and the Master dCi 135 Business MY22 version for €355 per month. These LCV 231 offers are only available on the Renault van range via a Mobilize Financial Services contract.
