Renault launches new 'rnlt©' concept store

Renault introduces 'rnlt©', a new compact retail format, starting with a flagship store in Paris.

Renault has unveiled a new retail format named 'rnlt©,' designed to provide a more compact and immersive customer experience than the traditional car sales showroom. The first of these concept stores, spanning 180 square meters, recently opened at 104 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. It showcases Renault's latest electric vehicles, the Scenic E-Tech and R5 E-Tech electric. The store operates Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm, with on-site experts who assist customers with product inquiries and a digital showroom to personalise vehicle selections.

These stores will be strategically situated in central urban areas and large shopping centres to maximise visibility and accessibility. Smaller than traditional Renault dealerships, they focus on offering a comprehensive brand experience. Customers can explore a selection of Renault's flagship vehicles and branded merchandise, including model cars, clothing and accessories.

Designed to complement Renault's existing showrooms on the city outskirts, rnlt© sites will also offer various services such as test drives, vehicle delivery and maintenance. This initiative is part of Renault's broader strategy to enhance the customer experience by fostering greater interaction and engagement with the brand through innovative retail environments.

In collaboration with private investors, Renault plans to establish about twenty more rnlt© stores in major cities worldwide, including Seoul, Brussels, Milan, Rome, Rotterdam, Madrid, London, Berlin and Medellín. These stores aim to provide prospective customers with a more intimate and engaging shopping experience.

No word at this stage on whether a rnlt© store will be opened in Ireland.
